    How to Return Your Order

    If you decide to return your order within 30 days, we will refund the entire order within 5 days of receiving the returned product. Please note, we cannot refund the cost of return shipping.

    2. Confirm Return Eligibility: Our customer service team will confirm if your return is eligible and provide you with the correct return address (note: this address may differ from the one on our website).

    3. Prepare Your Return: If the return is accepted, pack the products securely in the original packaging.

    4. Ship Your Package: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

    5. Provide Tracking Information: Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the return shipment.

    6. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned items (within three days of receipt), we will refund the purchase using your original payment method.

    Reporting Damaged Items

    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days. Follow these steps:

    1. Email Us: Send an email to info@rcovers.com with a photo of the damaged item. Ensure the photo is taken on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible.

    2. First-Time Defects: For the first occurrence of a defect, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the defect occurs again, we will issue a full refund.

    Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as the return address may be different from the shipping address.

    If Your Order Arrived Damaged

    1. Take a Photo: Capture an image of the damaged item, clearly showing the label and defect.

    2. Contact Us Promptly: Notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, we may not be able to accept the return.
